About the Coffee
This is a double anaerobic fermented natural coffee which have a rich, aromatic fragrance that fills the air as soon as they're ground. The extracted crema is thick and visually soothing. The flavor is intense but not bitter, fragrant but not overpowering, with a well-balanced acidity and sweetness. It carries notes of tropical fruits - a bunch lot of fruits, lemons, nuts, and a unique red wine-like flavor, with a subtle cinnamon finish. The mouthfeel is smooth and rounded, offering a complex and layered tasting experience. In Yun Dian's internal testing, we found that this coffee shines best when served as a single-origin espresso (SOE) mixed with milk. The resulting beverage offers an extraordinary experience, reminiscent of enjoying mulled wine on a cold winter's day.
